SHS Student Council Blood Drive December 12th

Good Afternoon Southampton, 

The SHS Student Council is hosting a Blood Drive on Thursday, December 12th from 7:45 AM - 1:45 PM in the gymnasium. We invite all eligible students (16 and older), staff, parents, guardians and community member to participate in our Blood Drive. As many are aware, there is a need for blood donations as many lives depend on the donations from our community. Simply check in at the main entrance to gain access to the Blood Drive. 

Students, aged 16 or 17, require a parent release form in order to be eligible to donate (Students 18 and over do not require a release). You can access the parent release form by clicking here.  Students should come to the blood drive with the signed permission slip in order to participate.
