The district was notified on April 2, 2015 that the State Education Department is going to phase out the current Livescan digital fingerprinting program for the capture and transmission of the fingerprint application, fee and digital fingerprint images. On August 1, 2015, the program is being turned over to Morpho Trust under the Statewide Vendor Managed System. The State Education Department has advised that "anyone who has not fully completed the fingerprint process by July 15, 2015, will need to start the fingerprint application process over with Morpho Trust and will have to pay all the fees again.Accordingly, please be advised that SCOPE Education Services will cease all fingerprinting services effective June 30, 2015. This should provide ample time for individuals to complete the fingerprinting process.
