MLK SEL Day January 15th!

Southampton Community, 

On Wednesday, January 15th, students from SES and SHS will participate in Social Emotional Learning (SEL) activities that promote and celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s messages of unity, freedom, love and kindness (SIS students participated in their SEL activities last month). 

Students at Southampton High School will attend an assembly program with award-winning author, Christopher Stewart, followed by participating in student-led circle discussions and seminar sessions. Students at Southampton Elementary School will be treated to book readings and book signings by author Christopher Stewart as well. 

We are very excited about the activities planned and look forward to hosting our MLK SEL Day here in Southampton!
