Position Title: Tech Liaison / Tech Liaison Substitutes for Board of Education Meetings

Location: Southampton Intermediate School

Salary/Pay Scale: $4,000

Responsible for: Ensuring audio and video equipment is in good working order prior to meetings and working with the technolocy department for any needed upgrades

Required to:

• Setup and break down audio and video equipment for BOE meetings (approx 2x per month)
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and other connectivity issues with the technology department
• Assist BOE members with devices and connectivity
• Review presentations to ensure proper function
• Assist presenters and BOE District Clerk with Board docs presentation on SMART Board
• Stream and post meetings on the District’s YouTube channel
