Position Title: Black/African American Student Mentoring Program Positions (1)

Location: Southampton High School 

Salary/Pay Scale: $2,000 Stipend

Description of Position: Program Mentors will provide mentoring to Black/African American students. The program will focus on youth leadership development and social emotional wellness. Mentors will offer academic guidance, provide emotional support and guidance, and serve as a role model for students in grades 9-12.  Mentors will meet with the Coordinator of Black/African American Student Mentoring Program to set up meeting times and activities throughout the 2024-2025 school year. 

Requirements: High School Diploma, NYS Department of Education Fingerprint Clearance and active connection and rapport with Black/African American students & families is required
